Although one can understand...Redmond said it well. Although one can understand Cheney's sensitivities. There is no conflict between looking forward to a child, loving your daughter and at the same time not favoring the course of action that led to the pregnancy. But his daughter is an adult and responsible for her own choices. Only Blitzer knows what he wanted to accomplish through his line of questioning.William Bradfordhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15738364356574554485noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4218126833549745953.post-48776510981731327272007-01-26T13:37:00.000-05:002007-01-26T13:37:00.000-05:00Yep, out of line. The VP needs to form a vie...Nope, not out of line. The VP needs to form a view of reality that enables him to communicate the delight of his daughter having a child and the love he will bestow on that child while at the same time holding an opinion at odds with the decisions made by his daughter.

Insults are out of line possibly, challenging moral questions are not.Matt Redmondhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11932597864330476492noreply@blogger.com
